Connecting Outdoor Sensor to VP7 Weather Station

1. Insert 3 AA batteries into the outdoor sensor.
2. For the weather station, insert 2 standard AA batteries or connect the power adapter.
3. The VP7 will search for a signal and connect to the outdoor sensor within 3 minutes.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues:

• Ensure batteries are fully charged and utilize standard AA batteries (rechargeables won't work).
• Reset both devices by cutting and restoring power (restore the sensor first, followed by the VP7).
• Wait for 3 minutes.

Resolving Unstable Connections:
To avoid disconnections, maintain a distance of at least 8.2 feet (2.5 meters) from potential sources of interference, like TVs or computer monitors. Signal towers nearby may also disrupt connectivity.

Displaying Information from Multiple Sensors:
The VP7 can connect to one outdoor sensor and up to three remote sensors. The console allows automatic switching between sensor values, which can be activated by long-pressing the CH button found in the battery compartment.

Additional Features

If powered by an adapter, it's still recommended to insert batteries to retain settings in case of a power loss.
